How do I know if my payment went through?
After your payment, you’ll be directed to a receipt page on the Paystack link. Additionally, you’ll receive an email containing your receipt and details of your payment. Simply screenshot the receipt on the receipt page, or save the receipt from the email, and then upload it in the “Receipt” section of the form.
Where am I going to receive my job once it's completed?
The completed job (affidavit) will be sent to the email address you provided in the form. Please take note of this when filling out the “Agent’s Email Address” section of the form.
Am I getting a hard copy or soft copy of the affidavit? Or both?
You will receive a soft copy of the affidavit in PDF format (black and white/monochrome). This document is fully printable, and you can easily print a hard copy from your location.
I'm trying to upload the client's passport and signature, but it's not going through. What could be the issue?
Kindly confirm that you are uploading the correct file type. Files must be in .png, .jpg, or .jpeg format. If the error persists, please refresh the page and attempt the upload again.
What if I want to process multiple affidavits at a time?
If you need to process multiple affidavits, simply click the “Add Item” button after you have completed the details for the first client. You can then proceed to fill in the information for subsequent clients.
Important: Remember to make the corresponding payment for the total number of affidavits (clients) you are submitting. Also, please note that you only need to fill out the “Agent’s Details” section once per submission.
